Scale Strategic Solutions provides continuous improvement consulting services through strategic planning, organizational development, and program evaluation. Owner and President of the company, Calista H. Smith, discussed with Mays how being a City certified business has helped her business grow, her participation in the City and County’s disparity studies, as well as the opportunities she sees in the months and years ahead.
