Incident Description: 

The Cincinnati Fire Department received calls for a house on fire on Golden Ave. First arriving
companies reported light smoke coming from the home. An occupant of the structure informed the fire
department that everyone was out of the building and that he believed a mattress was on fire on the
second floor. Fire companies located the mattress and extinguished the fire. The structure was
checked for occupants by fire companies who were able to confirm everyone was out. There were no
injuries and the Cincinnati Fire Investigation Unit is working to determine the cause of the fire.
