Incident Description: 

At 2357hrs the Emergency Communications center received multiple calls for a vehicle that had flipped over and was smoking. It was determined the vehicle was travelling on MLK Dr. before going off the road and landing on Borrman Ave. approximately 15 feet below. The vehicle came to rest on its side with the unresponsive driver trapped inside. It took approximately 10 minutes for the Cincinnati Fire Department to extricate the driver from the vehicle. The driver was transported to University Hospital with serious injuries. The cause of the accident is being investigated by the Cincinnati Police Dept.
