NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Economic Growth and Zoning Committee has scheduled a Public Hearing for Tuesday, June 25, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. at City Hall Council Chambers, Room 300, 801 Plum St., Cincinnati, OH 45202 to discuss:
MODIFYING Title XIV of the Cincinnati Municipal Code, “Zoning Code of the City of Cincinnati,” by ORDAINING new Chapter 1422, “Urban Agriculture: Horticulture and Animal Keeping,” and new Sections 1401-01-A4, “Agricultural Structure,” 14-01-G, “Garden,” 1401-01-H4, “Horticulture,” 1401-01-U, “Urban Agriculture,” 1401-01-A8, Animal Keeping,”1401-01-G “Garden,’ 1401-01-H4, “Horticulture,” 1401-01-U, “Urban Agriculture,” 1419-16, “Garden Supply Stores and Nurseries,” and 1419-38, “Composting Facilities;” and by AMENDING the provisions of Sections 1401-01-A7, “Animal Services,” 1401-01-F3, “Farming,” 1403-05, “Land Use Regulations,” 1405-05, “Land Use Regulations,” 1407-05, “Land Use Regulations,” 1409-07, “Land Use Regulations,” 1415-05, “Land Use Regulations,” 1410-05, “Land Use Regulations,” 1411-05, “Land Use Regulations,” 1413-05, “Land Use Regulations,” 1415-05, “Land Use Regulations,” 1416-05, “Land Use Regulations,” 1417-03, “Land Use Regulations,” 1419-05, “Animal Services,” 1421-01, and “Accessory Residential Structures;” and by REPEALING Sections 1419-39, “Farming,” 1419-41, “Community Gardens,” and 1421-37, “Composting Facilities,” to provide for the establishment of a comprehensive urban agriculture land use policy in the City of Cincinnati.
