NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Economic Growth & Zoning Committee
The Economic Growth & Zoning Committee has scheduled a Public Hearing for Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at City Hall Council Chambers, Room 300, City Hall, 801 Plum St., Cincinnati, OH 45202, to discuss:
NOTWITHSTANDING the provisions of Section 1416-05, "Land Use Regulations," of Cincinnati Zoning Code Chapter 14 16, "Park and Recreation District," and any other applicable provisions of the Cincinnati Zoning Code and the Cincinnati Municipal Code; and PERMITTING the construction, establishment, and operation of a parking facility on the real property located at the southwest corner of Central Parkway and Ezzard Charles Drive in the West End neighborhood.
