SPECIAL MEETING: Budget & Finance Committee

 

The Cincinnati City Council's Budget and Finance Committee has scheduled a Special Meeting for Wednesday, December 11, 2019, at 1:00 p.m., to be held at Cincinnati City Hall, Council Chambers, Room 300, 801 Plum Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202. 

The purpose of the meeting is to allow the committee to consider and take action on legislation related to development transactions and incentives for the following listed projects:

 

  • Powell Valves Development Agreement (3261 Spring Grove Avenue in Camp Washington)

 

  • Oakley Yards TIF (40B) (2950 Robertson Avenue in Oakley)
  • Oakley Yards TIF Priority

 

  • Madison & Whetsel TIF (41) (an area generally bound by Madison Road to the north, Whetsel Avenue to the west, Prentice Street to the south, and Ward Street to the east, in Madisonville)
  • Madison & Whetsel TIF priority

 

  • Convention Place Mall TIF (41) (229 and 227 West Fifth Street, 435 Elm Street, and 212 West Fourth Street)(Downtown)
  • Convention Place Mall TIF Priority
