CINCINNATI – Beginning Monday, June 1, the stretch of the E. Galbraith Road bridge that runs over of the top of Anthony Wayne Avenue in Hartwell will be reduced to one lane in each direction for necessary bridge work.

The traffic restrictions go into effect at 7 a.m. Monday. They are anticipated to remain in place for the next 18 months.

Traffic at times on Anthony Wayne Ave. will be restricted to one lane with flaggers for construction activity. Additionally, the ramp at Exit 9 from southbound Interstate 75 to the Galbraith Road will be modified to allow access to the bridge.

Motorists are encouraged to use caution when approaching the area.

The Galbraith Road Bridge Project includes the complete replacement of the bridge deck as well as structural repairs to the bridge.
