CINCINNATI – Crews this weekend are continuing extensive pavement repairs along westbound Columbia Parkway/U.S. 50 between Delta Avenue and William Howard Taft Road.

Two of the three inbound lanes on the parkway will be closed continuously from Friday, Oct. 19, until 7:00 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 23.

Both eastbound lanes will remain open.

Crews will be excavating existing concrete, pouring new concrete and repaving.

Single and double lane closures will continue into November in this stretch of the parkway. Lane closures may be in place during morning and afternoon rush hours, depending on the day and field conditions.

Once the westbound lanes are finished, crews will repeat a similar sequence of lane closures on the eastbound side of the parkway.

Updates will be posted here, by email and via social media as work progresses.

An electronic message board is posted near the westbound end of the work zone to provide lane closure updates to commuters.

Motorists commuting to and from Downtown Cincinnati from the East Side are encouraged to plan ahead, allow extra time and consider alternate routes, as needed.
