CINCINNATI, OH – The annual Freestore Foodbank Hunger Walk will be held this year on Memorial Day, May 27, 2024.  All registration fees and donations benefit the many soup kitchens, pantries, shelters, community groups and social service organizations working with the Freestore Foodbank to serve our neighbors in need.  To accommodate this event, the following streets will close at 8:30 AM on Monday, May 27, and remain closed until approximately 11:30 AM:

• Freedom Way- closed between Elm Street and Rosa Parks Street (Closes at 8AM for Start Line construction)
• Second Street- closed between I-75 and Race Street (Second Street exits closed from SB75, NB75, EB50)
• Elm Street- closed south of Second Street
• Race Street- closed south of Second Street (Open to garage)
• Central Avenue- restricted south of Third Street (only stadium/garage access maintained)
• Third Street- eastbound closed between Gest Street and Central Avenue
• Mehring Way- closed between Joe Nuxhall Way and Smith Street (Closes at 8AM between Elm St and Joe Nuxhall Way for Finish Line construction)
• W Pete Rose Way closed between Central Avenue and Smith Street
• Clay Wade Bailey Bridge - closed
