CINCINNATI – The Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati (MSD) will begin demolition of a house at 544 Delta Avenue in Columbia Tusculum starting the week of June 15. The work should be completed by early fall, pending weather and field conditions.

The demolition is part of a mitigation settlement related to sewer backups at the property. Please see the attached project map.

MSD’s contractor is O’Rourke Wrecking Company. Construction activities will occur generally between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Temporary lane closures along Delta Avenue and Lawler Street may be necessary during the demolition project to accommodate equipment and vehicles.

In addition to traffic inconveniences, typical construction-related disturbances such as noise, dirt and vibrations should be expected throughout the construction period.
