The Ambrose H. Clement Health Center invites you to join us for our Annual Fall Event on Saturday, November 22, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. This family-friendly celebration brings together community members, local partners, and UC Health to promote wellness, connection, and fun!

Free food boxes with turkeys and fresh produce for residents in underserved areas
Face painting and fun activities for children
