Process:
- The complaint will be investigated within 48 hours. If a violation is identified, a civil citation will be issued to the property owner.
- Ten days after the initial inspection, a second inspection will be conducted. If the violation still exists a second citation will be issued, and a referral will be generated to a city contractor for the abatement of the violation. This service can take several months.
