- We ask for your patience as the severity of each winter storm is unpredictable. Our goal is to clear Cincinnati roadways as rapidly and practically as possible. This does not always mean pavement will be bare and dry, but it will be passable. While precipitation is falling, the first focus is on priority routes including some hills, bridges, main thoroughfares, and hospital routes.
