- If the noise is intermittent, please call us when it is in progress.
- Chapter 909 is the Community Noise chapter of the Cincinnati Municipal Code (CMC).
Process:
- Complaints regarding community noise are received by the 311 center and dispatched to the Cincinnati Police Department for investigation.
