• Identifying the name of the park, the location of the light source, and the description of issue will help the City to best respond to this request. 

Process:

• 311 will route the request to Cincinnati Parks who will evaluate your request for feasibility and priority. The facilities team will evaluate the reported lighting issue, and depending on the severity, simple fixes may be completed in a few days or weeks. Any damage that's more extensive may take longer to address due to availability and priority of resources and staff.
