Chief Performance Officer Leigh Tami is one of Government Technology’s “Top 25 Doers, Dreamers & Drivers” of 2017. Leigh received the award for her work leading the City of Cincinnati’s Office of Performance and Data Analytics (OPDA).

Government Technology (GovTech) – a trade publication – annually honors individuals and groups behind the innovation and promotion of the technologies that transform the public sector.

The City’s OPDA is responsible for collecting citywide data to monitor performance, improve service delivery, promote transparency, drive innovation, and creatively problem solve.

“Leigh’s leadership is crucial to OPDA. She and the talented team she leads are making great strides in engaging the entire City government to provide greater access to data and foster a culture of efficiency and transparency,” said City Manager Harry Black.

Leigh acknowledges the invaluable resource that is the network of those involved with ensuring the success of OPDA.

“None of OPDA’s work would be possible without the tremendous support of the Mayor and City Council, and the vision of the City Manager. I also want to highlight the incredible commitment, creativity, excitement, and determination of my entire team,” she said.
