City Releases New Permitted Projects Dashboard
Nov 27, 2017
CINCINNATI -- The City of Cincinnati has created a new dashboard that highlights the number of development projects that have received a permit from the City in the past six months as well as the amount of time it takes to receive a development permit.
The City released the Permitted Projects dashboard Monday, Nov. 27 on CincyInsights, a portal that features a variety of interactive dashboards outlining all sorts of City information. The dashboard release corresponds with systemic changes changes made to the City's Coordinate Site Plan Review process.
The Permitted Projects dashboard shows the number of development projects that have had a permit issued in the past six months. Users can search citywide or by specific neighborhoods, or even go to the micro level and look at popular street locations for development projects. Users can also look at permits issued according to project type.
Many of these projects require multiple permits – the user can click on a dot on the map to see how many individual permits were associated with a given project. The dashboard also shows the average number of days a permit took from application to approval.
As with all dashboards, the City's Office of Performance and Data Analytics manages this dashboard. You can access the dashboard by clicking the image below.
