Founder Xavier’s journey began long before the business opened in 2017. Growing up in a family rooted in cooking, he spent countless hours in the kitchen, learning early on to respect both the craft and culture behind great food, exposing him to a rich blend of Southern Creole and Caribbean culinary traditions.
While studying International Business and Entrepreneurship at the University of Cincinnati, Xavier continued honing his craft, cooking for family and friends and developing the signature style that now defines Pierre Entities; a bold intermixing of Cajun, Creole, and Caribbean flavors.
Quality, uniqueness, and dependability remain the foundation of Pierre Entities’ mission: to provide exceptional food, outstanding customer service, and an experience that leaves every customer feeling they received the very best.
Since opening in 2017, Pierre Entities has continued to impress our community with unforgettable signature dishes (including favorites like the Zulu Fries), fresh ingredients, and culinary storytelling that reflects deep cultural roots. What truly sets them apart is not only the flavor, but their commitment to personalized service and genuine community connection.
