At this year’s Business Enterprise Expo, we had the pleasure of presenting C.A. Threatts & Sons with our October 2025 Business Enterprise of the Month Award, where owner Carleton Threatts also shared insights about the company’s long-standing success.
Owned and operated by Carleton Threatts, C.A. Threatts & Sons is a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) that has made its mark across a wide range of services - from concrete driveways and flatwork to asphalt paving, concrete delivery, foundation installation, and more. To date, they’ve successfully completed over 70 City contracts, demonstrating consistent reliability and craftsmanship. Originally founded in 1958 by Charles Albert Threatts, Sr., this family-owned business has grown stronger with each generation, leaving a legacy in Cincinnati and beyond.
