The Cincinnati City Council's Budget and Finance Committee has scheduled a Public Hearing on Monday, Dec. 10, 2012 at 1 p.m., to be held at Cincinnati City Hall, Council Chambers, Room 300, 801 Plum Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202, to discuss APPROVING a recreation and entertainment; outdoor or large-scale use on the property located at 1000 Broadway Street, the Horseshoe Casino Event Lawn, in Downtown Cincinnati NOTWITHSTANDING the provisions of Cincinnati Zoning Code Section 1411-05, "Land Use Regulations."
