Start off with a short historical exhibit of local ties to the Underground Railroad, then take the adventure of a winter hike, traversing our woods containing part of the only “undeveloped local escape route” associated with the Underground Railroad as you are guided through the cold air to experience what it may have been like to attempt a Journey to Freedom.
