MUNICIPAL WORKER (SEASONAL MAINTENANCE WORKER) 

Grounds maintenance duties include mowing lawns; trimming shrubs by hand; removing weeds; picking up litter; and collecting trash. Performs manual landscaping work, such as installing trail ties and loading/unloading fertilizer and mulch. Assists with park building maintenance and cleaning, including sweeping and mopping floors. Supports special events by loading/unloading materials and setting up and breaking down tables and chairs. Completes other park maintenance tasks as assigned.

PARKS/RECREATION SPECIALIST - CUSTOMER SERVICE/CASHIER

In this role, you will provide excellent customer service to park visitors, address inquiries, and ensure a positive experience for all patrons. This position may report to the Operations or Natural Resources Divisions to assist in maintaining Park Board-controlled properties. Duties may include general landscape/lawn care, forest restoration, and/or horticultural services. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service to park visitors, address inquiries, and ensure a positive experience for all patrons. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for promoting a safe and enjoyable environment within our parks.

PARKS/RECREATION SPECIALIST - SUMMER CAMP COUNSELOR/NATURALIST/VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR

Parks seeks reliable and customer-focused individuals to join our team as part-time Parks/Recreation Specialists. This position may report to the Operations or Natural Resources Divisions to assist in nature education programming for the Park Board.
