Definitions:
Waiting on Records
When CCA receives a complaint, it immediately requests all records from the Cincinnati Police Department relating to the incident. CCA is awaiting receipt of all required documents and materials from CPD.
Interviews
CCA is actively conducting interviews with involved parties and relevant witnesses.
Writing
CCA is drafting the investigative report based on the evidence collected, including records, interviews, and other materials.
Scheduled for Presentation to the CCA Board
CCA has completed its review and finalized the report. The case is pending presentation at a scheduled board meeting.
Submitted to City Manager for Review
The case has been presented to the board and is now submitted to the City Manager for final review and determination.
Finalized by the City Manager
The City Manager has reviewed the case and issued a final decision.
Closed Per Directive
The case has been administratively concluded based on a specific directive, policy, or internal order and has no final judgment.
