Incident Description:

Fire Companies were dispatched for smoke and flames from a multi dwelling structure. Upon arrival 
companies reported smoke from the attic of a 3 story multidwelling. An aggressive interior attack was 
initiated with coordinated ventilation of the roof of the structure. Searches were conducted and proved 
negative. The fire was under control within 30 minutes. A second alarm was requested for manpower. 
Extensive overhaul was conducted to fully extinguish the fire. One civilian was transported to the 
hospital for a prior medical condition. No other civilian or Firefighter injuries. An Investigator from the 
Cincinnati Fire Investigative Unit was called and remains on scene determining the cause.
