Incident Description: 

Units were dispatched to a motor vehicle collision at 411 Gest St. The first arriving company found one
vehicle had struck a pole with one patient trapped. An "entrapment" response was requested bringing
a total of 23 firefighters to the scene. Crews rapidly extricated one patient and care was transferred to
a medic unit. The other patient was not trapped and was also moved to a separate medic unit. Both
patients were transported to an area hospital. Cincinnati police were on scene to conduct an
investigation.
