Incident Description:

The Cincinnati Emergency Dispatch Center received a report of a multi-vehicle MVA with a possible
entrapment at the intersection of Mongomery Rd and Ridge Av. The initial arriving fire company
confirmed that there was no entrapment, but there were four patients needing medical treatment with
one of those patients being in critical condition. Emergency crews immediately "packaged" the most
critical patient and transported that patient to University Hospital with life threatening injuries. The other three patients were treated at the scene and subsequently transported to the hospital with non-life
