CINCINNATI - Elm Street between Fifth and Sixth and the adjacent sidewalk have fully reopened to all motorists and pedestrians as of May 26, 2022.

Crews have finished the demolition project at the site of the former Millennium Hotel complex across from the Duke Energy Convention Center in downtown.
