Construction-Related Road Closures and Lane Restrictions
The following lists road closures and lane restrictions in Downtown Cincinnati, Over-the-Rhine and The Banks during the week of Dec. 25, 2017.

DOWNTOWN
I-71 Bridge Deck Replacement over Eggleston Avenue: The Third Street exit ramp off I-171 south has reopened!
Periodic overnight lane and ramp closures may take place through December 2017 as crews finish last parts of the rehab projects for the Lytle Tunnel and bridge decks on north & south 71 between the Mount Adams Pedestrian Bridge & Lytle Tunnel entrance.
Normal northbound and southbound traffic patterns are now in place.
CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT
Walnut between Eigth and Ninth and West Half of Eighth Between Main and Walnut: Curb lane restrictions for streetscape and sidewalk improvements through March 3, 2018.
Elm between 14th and Henry: Daily lane and sidewalk restrictions for Duke Energy pole replacement.
Kroger Store Construction: Curb lane and sidewalk closed around construction site through September 2019. Includes:
- East side of Walnut between Court and Central Pkwy
- South side of Central Pkwy, west half of block between Walnut and Main
- North side of Court, west half of block between Walnut and Main
Brent Spence Bridge/I-71/75: Periodic, overnight single-lane closures on both upper and lower decks, as needed, through mid November for ongoing maintenance project. See www.brentspence2017.org for details and regular updates.
Northwest Corner of Third and Vine: Sidewalk closed for streetscape.
Fourth Street at Sycamore: Sidewalk closed for renovations to building at Eighth E. Fourth St.
126 E. Sixth Street: Sidewalk and curb lane closed through Jan. 1, 2018.
Elm and Race Streets between Fourth and Fifth Streets: Curb lane and sidewalk closed on the west and east sides of former demolition site.
Broadway between Fifth and Sixth Streets: Daily lane restrictions for P & G streetscape.
LYTLE PARK
Lytle Street between Pike Street and West Terminus: Closed for repairs to Lytle Tunnel. The east half of Lytle Park (above the tunnel) also is closed during the repairs and reconstruction.
OVER-THE-RHINE
Campbell Alley between Elder and Findlay Streets: Closed for work on adjacent building.
Central Parkway between Race and Vine: Lane restrictions on both sides of Central Parkway for utility work.¿
Central Parkway between Elm and Race: Daily lane restrictions for utility work.
Vine between 13th and 14th: Daily sidewalk restrictions on west side of street.
Northeast corner of 14th and Race: Daily sidewalk restrictions.
14th Street between Sycamore and Broadway/Ziegler Park area: Full-time sidewalk restrictions.
15th Street between Vine and Republic: Road closed for 15th + V construction project.
