Construction-Related Road Closures and Lane Restrictions

The following lists road closures and lane restrictions in Downtown Cincinnati, Over-the-Rhine and The Banks during the week of Sept. 23, 2019. See map below for specific locations.

CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT

Kroger Grand Opening: Wednesday, Sept. 25

• Walnut Street closed :Central Parkway to Court Street, 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. 
• Westbound Court Street closed: Walnut Street to Main Street, 6 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Fourth & Race Mixed-Use Tower: Curb lane and sidewalk closed around construction site along Fourth Street, including mid block on Elm and Race streets between Fifth and Fourth.

Seventh Street between Walnut and Vine: South curb lane and sidewalk closed for building renovation.

Sixth Street between Walnut & Main: North curb lane and sidewalk closed.

Main Street between Seventh and Eighth: West curb lane and sidewalk closed for building construction. Periodic curb lane closure on Eighth to accommodate concrete trucks.

Court Street: Westbound curb lane and sidewalk closed until Dec. 30, 2019, for building renovation.
Plum between Fourth and Fifth: Westbound curb lane and sidewalk closed for building renovation. 

Vine Street between Fourth and Fifth: Sidewalk and east curb lane on Vine closed for building renovation. 

Sycamore between Fifth and Sixth: Half block of east sidewalk and curb lane closed for sidewalk replacement project.

LYTLE PARK

Lytle Street between Pike Street and West Terminus: Intermittent closures on Pike Street for building renovation.

WEST END

FC Cincinnati Stadium: The following streets are affected by constructions of the stadium:

• Central Avenue between 14th and Wade: Closed
• Providence Street between 15th and Wade: Closed
• Central Parkway between 15th and Wade: West curb lane and sidewalk closed 

OVER-THE-RHINE

Vine Street between 15th and Liberty Street: Closed daily through Nov. 1, 2019, for utility work. 

Central Parkway between 14th and Liberty Street: Intermittent single-lane restrictoins for Verizon network upgrade through Friday, Oct. 4.

Fifteenth between Vine and Walnut: Closed until further notice.
