Cincinnati's International Children's Day

This free event celebrates the children of the world and the culture and heritage of our neighbors and friends. Activities for the day include canoe rides on the lake, Musical Storytime with Mr. Eric of the Clifton Library, and various arts and crafts. Cincinnati USA Sister City Association (CINUSCA), and several Sister City partnerships will staff booths where children can learn about our Sister Cities with fun, hands-on activities that explore different cultures and our collective, international community. FC Cincinnati’s Street Team, the CSO Music Lab, and the Cincinnati Art Museum’s Cruiser (interactive art studio on wheels) will also be present. Namaste India food truck will be there to satisfy your appetite. Entertainment throughout the day will include a puppet show with River City Puppets, fun with Cincinnati Circus, Cincinnati Dayton Taiko Japanese Drums, Chinese Guzheng musical performance, and musical entertainment with Miss Joanie Whitaker. All in all, it will be a fun-filled day that will celebrate children and various cultures around the world.
