• This SR type is used to report graffiti on private property (on property or a surface owned by a person, business, or other private entity).

Process:

• Graffiti service requests will be investigated within 2 business days of filing or as soon as possible.  If a violation is identified, a notice of violation will be issued to the property owner to remove the graffiti within 30 days of the notice. 
• The property will be reinspected after the 30 days.  If the violation still exists, a city contractor will be directed to abate the graffiti.  This service can take up to a couple of weeks or longer depending on demand.
• If there is already an open service request for the same address and conditions, this new service request will be closed to the status of Duplicate.
