Used when:
- This request will initiate an application process for set out service. Set out is a trash collection service that is offered to City of Cincinnati residents who are aging or have a disability or medical condition, verified by a doctor, that prevents them from being able to move trash carts to the curb.

- Privately owned trash carts used for City of Cincinnati collection must be registered.
- A separate request must be made for each cart registered.
- City-approved carts must have a lift pocket and a steel lower lift bar for fully automated and/or semi-automated collection systems.
- The City of Cincinnati is not responsible for damage to privately owned carts due to normal collection operations.
Process:
- Within 15 days DPS will mail a sticker to be placed on the cart, indicating that the cart may be collected by the crew.
