More Information:

• Do not schedule bulk collections for small or light household items which can be lifted easily (under 45 lbs or approximately less than 4’x4’x4’). Up to three small items can be placed out for regular collections.
• The City of Cincinnati offers this free service to eligible residential locations. Review the guidelines and eligible items, as defined by DPS, before submitting a request.

Process:

• A scheduled pickup date will be assigned at the time the request is submitted. You can find this date in your email confirmation, or by looking up your request online.
• Review the instructions and guidelines on the DPS website.
• Items should be set out the night prior to your scheduled collection day but no sooner; if items are not on the curb when the truck arrives, you will need to reschedule for another pick up date. Items must be placed by the curb in a place accessible for automated collection (no obstructions, low-hanging wires, branches, parked cars, etc.).
• Different items may be picked up by different trucks. Do not call if items are still on curb before 5:00pm on the scheduled pick-up day.
