Fire Watch Request

This SR type should be used to request the Cincinnati Fire Department conduct a Fire Watch due to a fire safety system being out of service or defective, at the property's expense.

The purpose of this SR type is to report fire hazards and code violations at a property.

Free Smoke Detector Request

This SR type should be used to request FREE smoke detector installation in a residential space.

One-Time Fire Permit

The purpose of this SR is to issue a one-time permit to meet various fire codes.

Post-Fire Inspection

The purpose of this SR type is to request a fire inspection by the Cincinnati Fire Department following a fire or smoke event.

Special Fire Inspection

This SR type is to be used for new/initial fire inspections.
