What a beautiful day it was as the Director of the Department of Economic Inclusion presented Carlton Threatts, President of C. A. Threatts & Sons, Inc., with the July 2022 Business Enterprise of the Month certificate.
C. A. Threatts & Sons, Inc. is an asphalt paving and concrete finishing contractor for roads, parking lots, driveways, and sidewalks that provides construction, maintenance, and repair services. The company began in 1958 under the guidance of Charles Albert Threatts, Sr., who had a dream and faith in God to work hard and persevere in this business.
Upon receiving his certificate, Mr. Carlton Threatts said he was honored and humbled to be selected as the July 2022 Business Enterprise of the Month. He was also deeply appreciative of DEI's Director, Collin Mays, for taking time out of his day to meet on-site and present him with his certificate. Mr. Threatts says he hopes his company's success will inspire other minority-owned companies to keep working hard and aspiring for bigger and better things.
