DEI wants the best for our certified firms as well as their employees. Our Workforce Development team works to provide certified firms with the resources they need to increase their capacities. Events like our recent career fair - held on Thursday, November 10, 2022, at the ARCO Center in partnership with Easterseals/Redwood and Cincinnati Works - are a critical component of their efforts. A few of our attendees had this to say:
“The recent City of Cincinnati DEI Career Fair was impactful for us because as a small business with lean resources/time, the Fair provided the unique opportunity of meeting prospective employees, Career/Job training organizations along with local/State developmental agencies.
