PUBLIC HEARING (Clifton Heights): Economic Growth & Zoning Committee

 

The Economic Growth and Zoning Committee has scheduled a Public Hearing forTuesday, August 6, 2019, at 9:00 a.m. at City Hall, Council Chambers, Room 300, 801 Plum Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202, to discuss:

AMENDING the official zoning map of the City of Cincinnati to rezone certain real property located at the block generally bound by Planned Development No. 12, “Stratford Heights Student Apartments,” to the north, Clifton Avenue to the east, Herman Street to the south, and University Court to the west from the IR, “Institutional Residential,” SF-2, “Single Family,” and RM-0.7 “Residential Multi-Family,” zoning districts to Planned Development District No. 86, “The District at Clifton Heights."
