PUBLIC HEARING: Budget & Finance Committee
Fiscal Year 2021 Operating and Capital Budget
The City of Cincinnati’s Budget and Finance Committee will have three (3) two (2) public hearings, to receive public input and discuss the Fiscal Year 2021 Operating and Capital Budget on the following dates:

Due to issues reasonably connected to Ohio Department of Health orders or guidance concerning COVID-19, members of City Council may be required to participate remotely. The manner of remote participation shall otherwise comply with all requirements of the Open Meetings Act.
Each of the meetings will air live on CitiCable, the City's Facebook page and online at cincinnati-oh.gov/media.
Per the “Emergency Order/Council and Committees” order issued by Mayor Cranley and the Ohio Department of Health’s issuance of compulsory health orders and guidelines during the ongoing public health emergency, the public participation component of the hearings will be conducted by Zoom video conference format and/or by in-person public attendance with appropriate social distancing protocols at a designated City facility, provided that such an in-person gathering of this type can be conducted consistent with the emergency orders issued by the Mayor and the Ohio Department of Health. Additional details regarding the designated manner of public participation and any change to location will be issued at a later date, following necessary review by the City Administration including consultation with public health professionals.
Please note that in-person public attendance will be permitted at the Budget Hearings for up to 300 people per event. Those attending in person will have the opportunity to participate in public comment at the Budget Hearing by filling out a speaker card on that date. Doors open 1 hour prior to the Hearings. Prior registration is not required for in-person public comment at a Budget Hearing. Correspondence may also be emailed to ClerkofCouncil@cincinnati-oh.gov.
