PUBLIC HEARINGS: Economic Growth & Zoning Committee

 

The Economic Growth and Zoning Committee has scheduled the following three (3) Public Hearings for Tuesday, April 16, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. in Council Chambers, Room 300, City Hall, 801 Plum St., Cincinnati, OH 45202, to discuss:

 

  • [Public Hearing – Northside Metro Transit] AMENDING the official zoning map of the City of Cincinnati to rezone certain real property in the area generally bound by Spring Grove Avenue and Blue Rock Street in the Northside neighborhood from the MG, "Manufacturing General" and the CC-P, "Commercial Community - Pedestrian" Zoning Districts to Planned Development District No. 84, "Northside Metro Transit Center."

 

  • [Public Hearing – Northside MG] AMENDING the official zoning map of the City of Cincinnati to rezone certain real property in the Northside Neighborhood from the MG, "Manufacturing General" Zoning District to the CC-P, "Commercial Community - Pedestrian" Zoning District.

  • [Public Hearing - Residential Mix] AMENDING the official zoning map of the City of Cincinnati to rezone certain real property generally bounded by Union Street to the north, Borrman Avenue to the east, Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive to the south, and Reading Road to the west from the CC-P, "Commercial Community - Pedestrian," and RMX, "Residential Mix," zoning districts to Planned Development District No. 85, "The Node."
