SPECIAL MEETING: Budget & Finance Committee 

 

The Cincinnati City Council’s Budget and Finance Committee has scheduled a Special Meeting on Monday, December 16, 2019 at 1:00 p.m., to be held at Cincinnati City Hall, Council Chambers, Room 300, 801 Plum Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202.

The purpose of the meeting is to allow the committee to consider and take action on items on the agenda, including items referred to the committee from the Council calendar.   

The purpose of the meeting also is to allow the committee to consider and take action on an ordinance providing for an amendment to the Classification and Salary Range Schedule for all employment classifications in Divisions 0, 5, 7, 8, and 9 of Chapter 307 of the Cincinnati Municipal Code to provide for a cost-of-living adjustment of 0.990099% effective December 15, 2019. 

Additionally, the purpose of the meeting is to allow the committee to consider and take action on legislation related to development transactions and incentives for the following listed projects:

-Kao TIF Exemption (40(B)) (2439 Spring Grove Avenue, 2503 Spring Grove Avenue, and 2535 Spring Grove Avenue in the Camp Washington neighborhood)
