New Section of Mill Creek Trail Complete

A new section of Mill Creek Trail was completed Thursday in South Cumminsville. Phase 4 of the Mill Creek Trail connects the east side of the Mill Creek Bridge to Beekman Avenue and the Ethel Taylor Elementary School.
