CRC’s swimming pools and spraygrounds provide a place to learn swimming skills, get exercise and gain employment - many young people experience their first employment opportunities "Working the Water" at CRC pools. CRC has a long history of offering area residents a variety of clean safe aquatics facilities where they can cool off during Cincinnati’s hot summer days, and in some cases, all year round!

CRC’s “I CAN SWIM!” Project is American Red Cross instruction designed to help swimmers of all ages begin, develop and refine their swimming skills.

Mt. Auburn Pool, 2034 Young St., is a warm-water, therapeutic, indoor, year-round pool, offering a wide variety of programs to fit your aquatic needs.
- Free Lunch Program
In case you need a lunch or are just plain hungry in the middle of a hot summer day, the Cincinnati Public School Free Lunch Program is here to help. Monday through Friday, CRC provides free lunch sites across the city for youth ages 18 and younger. For more information, call Cincinnati Public Schools Food Service at 363-0800.
- Make a Splash - an initiative of USA Swimming
Cincinnati Recreation Commission is the proud recipient of a 2015 Make a Splash grant from the USA Swimming Foundation. The grant will enable 500 children to receive free swim lessons this summer.
