About BlazeSports

BlazeSports is a multi-level sports program of instruction, competitions, teams, camps and education. It offers programs for children and adults who use wheelchairs, have visual impairments, have an amputation or neurological/muscular impairment, such as cerebral palsy, spina bifida and others.

BlazeSports Clubs of America, a national, community-based sports and fitness program for children and adults with physical disability, is a direct legacy of the 1996 Atlanta Paralympics.

BlazeSports Georgia began in 1998 as a model program in partnership with the Georgia Recreation and Park Association. BlazeSports quickly became a multi-level program offering year round community programs, state level sports camps, clinics and competitions, competitive teams, and educational programs.
