In response to customer requests, Greater Cincinnati Water Works (GCWW) has improved payment options to increase convenience and flexibility.
“We are happy to help make our customers’ busy lives a little easier,” states Connie Roesch, Superintendent of Commercial Services Division. “With our new online account management, their payments are credited to their accounts immediately.”
GCWW customers now have these options to pay bills:
Customers can view current billing information and
make online payments 24 hours a day using their credit/debit Visa or MasterCard.
By phone at 513-591-7700. Customers can pay using MasterCard or Visa credit/debit card through an interactive voice response (IVR) system 24 hours a day.
With BillPayer 2000 automated bill payment services, payment is electronically transferred from a checking account to GCWW on the due date. Call 513-358-7744.
By mail in the return envelope with the bill to GCWW.
In person by cash, check, money order or with MasterCard and Visa credit/debit cards at:

The City Treasurer's Office at Cincinnati City Hall, 801 Plum Street, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
The City of Mason Municipal Center, 6000 Mason-Montgomery Road, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
Greater Cincinnati Water Works bills for water, sewer, and stormwater management services for City of Cincinnati residents, most Hamilton County residents, and for several surrounding jurisdictions. They also bill for trash collection services for some jurisdictions. GCWW currently manages approximately 235,000 accounts.
