Enrollment for e-bills may also be available through your Bank or Credit Union website. For a list of the banking web sites delivering GCWW electronic bills, visit eBill Places at http://www.ebillplace.com/cda/ebillplace/.- GCWW's Electronic Customer Account Maintenance (ECAM) is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Log in to ECAM to manage your account, make single payments by credit or debit card for a $4.69 processing fee. Free payment options are also available and include: one-time electronic check payment or sign up for free recurring
payments from your checking account. Visit our web site for details. - Quickpay is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week without registering or logging in. Make single payments using credit or debit card for a $4.69 processing fee by visiting our QuickPay site.
- Our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Payments can be made using a credit or debit card for a $4.69 processing fee over the telephone by dialing 513-591-7700.
- Mail your check or money order to GCWW, P.O. Box 742505, Cincinnati, Ohio 45274-2505. Note, DO NOT mail your payment if your service is disconnected or in jeopardy of being disconnected.
- Our night deposit box at 4747 Spring Grove Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45232 is available for after-hours drop off. Please allow one full business day for payment to post when using the night deposit box. Note, DO NOT use the night deposit box if your service is disconnected or in jeopardy of being disconnected.
- Pay in person by cash, check, money order or with MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express credit/debit cards at one of the following locations:
- Our 4747 Spring Grove Avenue location, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday - Friday
- * The City Treasurer's Office at Cincinnati City Hall, 801 Plum Street, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday
- * The City of Mason Municipal Center, 6000 Mason-Montgomery Road, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday. A drop box is also located in front of the Center for after-hours payment.
