To allow us to calculate your final bill through the last day you own a property, please request a final reading. When you make your request, include the following:
The account number and the property address.
The name and mailing address of the person receiving the final bill.
The name and mailing address of the new owner.
The date you want the final reading.
Arrangements for the meter to be read. If the meter is inside the building and water has been off for and extended period, we may require access to the meter.
Note: Please specify if the property sale/purchase involves a land contract.
