When Service is Turned Off
  1. If your water is turned off for nonpayment, you must pay your bill plus a disconnection charge before the water service will be turned back on.
  2. If your water service is turned off for a failure to provide access to your meter, satisfactory arrangements must be made for the Meter Reader to get in, and the disconnection charge must be paid before water service will be turned back on.
  3. If your water service is turned off for failure to correct plumbing violations, the corrections must be made, and the disconnection charge must be paid before the water service will be turned back on.

Note: When a disconnection service trip is made to the premises for non-payment or a failure to comply with other rules and regulations, a trip fee of $35.00 will be charged to your account.  Once disconnected, service MAY NOT BE RECONNECTED UNTIL THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY following payment or other satisfactory resolution.
