Additional charges will be added to your bill as appropriate for the following situations:

• Late payment charge: A late fee of 0.833% monthly (10% per year) on the amount of the bill that is unpaid by the original due date.
• Special reading charge: If you request a special reading on a date other than the scheduled reading date, except for final readings when property ownership is transferred.
• Returned check charge: If your payment fails to clear the bank and is returned to us for any reason.
