About VSS

The Vendor Self Service system, referred to as VSS, is the Purchasing Division's procurement tool for vendors to use online. VSS allows you, the vendor, to do business with the City right from your office!

For an annual fee of $55, your company will benefit from online access to City procurement information. Please be sure your account is activated before receiving an award.
