Right of Way (ROW) Management is responsible for the following duties:

• Permits Issuance and Inspection - (examples: street opening, dumpster, street use, sidewalk, barricade, equipment, excess loads, etc.)
• Subdivision Permits
• Construction Management of Subdivisions and Private Improvements.
• ROW Code Enforcement and Citation Issuance (also includes benches, news racks)
• Addressing and House Numbering Issues
• Sidewalk Safety Program
